Little Red Riding Hood

The building contains smaller residential units and communal spaces. The entire design is based on the footprint of a previously existing structure and reflects the local historical farms, interpreting them in a modern way. This primarily involves the use of concrete and wood. The design emphasizes the importance of meeting and warmth, which is why it is open towards the inner courtyard. A key feature of the building are the red elements, including window frames, doors, and railings.The farm, located in the newly restored Oldřichov in the Sudetenland region, provides everything young people need.
