REGULATORY PLAN STRNADOVY ZAHRADY

The regulatory plan is based on the urban study of Strnadovy zahrady, the main goal of which is to create a compact residential development and preserve the character of the area. It creates a new connection between streets Evropská and Na Petřinách not only for car traffic but also for pedestrians via two passages through relatively rugged terrain. The spatial regulation of the area sets limits for future development and creates conditions for public space and its users.
