RESIDENTIAL BUILDING LOCHKOV

Due to the characteristics of the plot on which the building is located, the aim of the project was to design an apartment building for a COA, with a varied range of apartments of a higher standard that would meet the high demands for living comfort. The housing is therefore designed for multiple target groups - families with children but also couples or singles. The house is designed in a hall typology, ideal for this type of housing. It works with the connection of the indoor space with the outdoor one, with the help of terraces, which each apartment has and which promote continuity. The apartments on the ground floor are all equipped with front gardens. A shared space is designed in the courtyard for the residents of the building, which serves to strengthen social bonds.
