In front of the apartment is the busy Olšanská street, and behind it are the Olšany cemeteries – one of the calmest and most beautiful places in Prague. A triangular plot of land, ending with the Rotunda of St. Roch. A location with views of both old and new Žižkov, Parukářka, the transmitter, and part of Vinohrady.
The direct proximity to buildings of various types, appearances, sizes, and functions. A panel building of the foreign police, new developments, old Žižkov, the rotunda, and a school.
