Monastery Vilémov

The project presents a single-story monastery located near the historic Vilémov castle, combining religious functions with a modern approach. The building is designed along two main axes with a logical spatial arrangement, including zones that respect religious traditions and architectural standards. The use of modern materials creates a contrast with the historical context, giving the structure uniqueness and distinctiveness. The shape of the building was inspired by natural walking paths of people, which defined its basic form. This concept emphasizes the harmony between architecture and the way space is used, while also highlighting the connection to the historic Vilémov castle and its surroundings.
