Library in Marienbad

The interior of the town library in Mariánské Lázně is designed as a fully open and inclusive space with an emphasis on accessibility. A key element is the ramp connecting the different levels, which ensures comfortable movement without the need for stairs. The lowest part of the library is the hub of work activities, offering bleached oak tables for individual and group work. A quiet area with rocking chairs is designed for relaxation and reading. A large glass façade brings in natural light, which is complemented by warm LED lighting integrated into the bookshelves and ceiling. The combination of natural materials, light and minimalist design promotes a philosophy of openness, comfort and inspiration.
