Residential houses on Malovanka (By tail)

The Malovanka intersection is part of the tunnel complex Blanka. About 80 thousand cars pass through it every day. The aim of this semester's assignment was the environment around Malovanka. In my proposed part of urbanism, I propose (on a crossroads covered by a platform) two apartment buildings, one four-storey solitaire and the other six-storey (with two floors of commercial parterre with a café and coworking) solitaire. The buildings stand perpendicular to the three roads below them, so the construction system uses the shortest spans offered. The residential parterre is equipped with private front gardens to the maximum extent. The houses form the entrance gate to the adjacent park and offer dignified living. The fourth recessed floor offers views of Prague Castle.
