Annotation

The future boulevard. A context yet to be created. Olšanská doesn't hold much yet. I feel the need to confirm it. I propose three semi-open blocks that consistently hold the street line, but allow easy access from the cemetery to the boulevard. The blocks are open to the south and hold semi-private yards within them. I take what I need from Žižkov. Cascading roofs, semi-open courtyards, plain facades, here and there a balcony, access gallery between trees, shallow fenestration, ochre. Flats transverse, both ways lit and ventilated, all sizes from 1 bedroom to shared flats for communities of people. Fine and rich social spectrum. Timber frame and plaster.
