The five-story apartment building is located on the border of Střešovice and Břevnov on a plot near the Malovanka interchange. The plot is situated on the main avenue of the new urban plan. The proposed object reflects the history of the previously integral district in its expression, and the material concept is based on both the historical parceling of the built-up area and the local diversity of buildings. On the ground floor there are two commercial units ready for the operation of a restaurant or bistro, two office units, an auction hall and four separate entrance halls with access to all 60 apartments with layouts of 1+kk to 4+kk, located on the second to fourth floors above ground.
