Annotation
The groundsite between Smíchov Railway Station and the Na Knížecí bus stop on Nádražní Street is interesting both for its location and its shape. The building, designed in the shape of an inverted L with a corner building, the so-called diamond, creates a new public space for the residents of both the future building and the locals in the currently developing Smíchov City area, connecting to the Alice and Anna Masaryk Park under construction. In addition to a shop and laundry, it also offers a shop, café, restaurant, co-working spaces and wellness. The entrances to the building are designed only from this area of the inner square to attract people and draw them inside.
