NEWLY-BUILT FAMILY HOUSE STANOVNÍK

Bc. Barbora Štolpová

Annotation

The family house with a traditional gable roof and modern elements is set into sloping terrain. It has three floors divided into five levels, creating a dynamic space without corridors. The façade combines wooden cladding with a stone plinth, harmoniously blending with the surrounding landscape. Large glazed areas provide natural light and panoramic views. The house features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen, a wellness area with a sauna, and a partially embedded basement with technical facilities and a garage. The layout uses split levels to ensure seamless transitions between spaces. The structure is built from brick blocks with mineral wool insulation, a gable roof with sheet metal covering, and heating provided by a heat pump.
