This project is located near a train station, which determines not only its urban context, but also its architectural solution. It is about connecting urban life with nature, train infrastructure and community spirit.
The house is designed with an emphasis on vertical division and connecting galleries and balconies. The galleries not only facilitate access to individual apartments, but also create opportunities for neighborly meetings. The facade facing the tracks is equipped with a trellis with climbing plants, which fulfill both an aesthetic and practical function - they reduce noise and improve the microclimate.
