ROZTOKY RESIDENCES

The project involves the design of two residential pavlač-style apartment buildings and related infrastructure in the town of Roztoky u Křivoklátu, located within the protected landscape area of Křivoklátsko. The buildings feature 30 apartments across three floors, with ground-floor units including private gardens and upper floors accessible via pavlače with balconies. The plan also includes a newly designed access road with parking and multifunctional rooftop spaces featuring solar panels, garden beds, seating, and relaxation areas. The project combines modern living with nature and sustainability, blending harmoniously into the surrounding landscape while fostering a sense of community.
