The Bydlení Sinkulova project is located on an attractive site in the Podolí district, where the current state presents an opportunity for significant urban improvement. The site currently features several buildings that are not connected to the surrounding development either infrastructurally or visually.
This isolation gives the area a fragmented and underutilized feel. Our project aims to transform this situation. We propose complementing the existing buildings with new apartment houses and villas that will harmoniously blend into the local context and match the character of the area. This will create a cohesive whole, increasing the site’s attractiveness and ensuring better integration with the surrounding infrastructure, nearby streets such as Sinkulova, Ve Svahu, and Pod Vyšehradem
