The residental house is designed as housing for people of active retirement age who look for a place of refuge where private and shared housing collide. A building that offers complete intimacy and at the same time can pull people into a social life. All floors, except the ground floor, are community apartments with six units that are similar in size and amenities to one-bedroom apartments. Although a community room is designed into the building, the common space on each floor becomes an corridor that has the character of an extended living room. Due to its strategic location near the square, the ground floor space was used for a restaurant.
