Its placement was chosen to naturally integrate into the surrounding development while offering modern and functional use. The structure has three floors and combines commercial and residential functions. The ground floor is dedicated to commercial spaces, suitable for shops, services, or cafés, contributing to the revitalization of the area. The second and third floors are designed as residential, with each floor offering four spacious apartments.
