The Lotyšák Park

A quiet, semi-open inner-block Lotyšák in an apartment building area in Bubeneč offers space for relaxation and spending free time. The proposal divides the space into three zones with the most important part for meeting at their intersection. It gives the majority of local residents the opportunity to use the space to the fullest. The plan also works with the current unused front gardens, where it provides local residents with an opportunity to meet and spend their time outside.
