Turn above Patočka

Turn Above Patočka marks the edge of Dobrá Malovanka’s urban design, where its line curves. It stands out for its location, where roads from Patočka Street descend beneath the platform, creating a difference in terrain levels. The design features a two-level building with a transparent façade through which cars pass. At the same time, it acts as a boundary separating Dobrá Malovanka’s residents from traffic noise while serving as a gateway for transportation passing beneath the urban layout. The structure combines residential and office spaces, forming a functional whole that supports a balanced lifestyle.
