HOUSE IN THE SEAM HA1
Annotation
In the clash of two cities, between two shields, in the seam.
A seam born of disharmony.
Out of the disharmony between the old and the new, a house is born.
A house closing the seam, connecting the divided.
A house with an entrance so subtle that it would seem not to be there.
Such a house is a residential building with a community center serving the residents of the area. The community center consists of the first 5 floors, which are designed as undivided multifunctional spaces. The next 2 floors consist of minimal apartments and on the last 2 floors there is a loft apartment with a terrace.
