A neglected area of Vršovice near the railway is set to be transformed into a modern and vibrant neighborhood with residential buildings and civic amenities. The residential building "Nad tratí" consists of two segments connected by a walkway, which serves not only as a communication element but also as a space for neighborly activities.
The project includes a gym with basketball court dimensions, a wellness area, and a fitness center. The gym's roof provides front gardens for the adjacent apartments. The ground floor features commercial spaces facing the park, while the inner courtyard remains private. This design integrates living, relaxation, and community life, breathing new life into this neglected part of the city.
