Olšanská Housing

Life on the edge – between the busy street to the north and Olšany Cemetery to the south, the Baroque Church of St. Roch to the west, and the Foreign Police to the east. A long gallery-access building with six to ten floors runs along Olšanská Street, with smaller four-story apartments in the courtyard. The apartments are simple and bright, reflecting Czech style.
The street-facing ground floor has two stories and two passages leading to a peaceful courtyard with trees, a playground, and community gardens. Rooftops feature gardens, a public kitchen, coworking spaces, a basketball court, and views of Parukářka and Olšany Cemetery. A community oven and workshops in the courtyard bring neighbors together.
