Annotation

Pankrác, a former quality center with gradually expanding housing estates, offering promising prospects for the future. Today, however, a non-compact urban block, including many problems in terms of social conditions and the quality of public life here. However, this location still has its hopes and prospects for the future. It is one of the few places in the Czech Republic where high-rise buildings/skyscrapers can be built, and in the next ten years, thanks to the construction of metro line D, it is set to become one of the busiest modern centers of Prague. This proposal deals with the question of "How to withstand the onslaught of a rapidly expanding city, while at the same time returning to it the qualities of earlier years and strengthening it.
