The proposal for a new urban district in Malovanka provides an answer. BUSINESS IN THE FRONT is part of a group project that overcomes the problem of unsightly and impenetrable tangles of tunnel exits with a platform on which a new district will be built. A calm façade to the street, an elegant commercial parterre. But then you walk around it into the courtyard - and boom! The house lives a double life: from the front, a serious businessman, from the back, a daring dancer who has let himself be carried away by the rhythm of the traffic below.
