Old Žižkov. A modernist boulevard. The new development area of Nákladové nádraží. A plot on the edge. Context? Hartig and Jiřičná, Roch and Garden Towers. Like it or not. Density.
I’m proposing a residential complex for 1,200 residents. The city, developers, or the church profits, and people have a place to live. No exclusive apartments—because not everyone needs (or wants) a view of the castle. The park-facing units are reasonable 3-bedroom flats, not luxury penthouses. Everyone lives well. Inspired by the broken, raw spirit of Žižkov.
