Currently, the entrances and exits from the Blanka and Strahov tunnels form a kind of black hole in this location, which pedestrians try to avoid if possible. The construction of a platform above this black hole would enable the reconnection and settlement of the place. As part of the Kapka concept, a multifunctional house would be built at the head of Patočkova Street, which benefits from both the existing positive attributes of the location, which are mainly views of iconic landmarks, and from new positive attributes related to the construction of the platform, especially the quiet green courtyard. The house respects the levels of the ledges of the surrounding buildings with its rise and is crowned with a green walkable rising roof.
