A new form of housing is being built between streets Lidická and Náměstí 14. října. New through axis is being created. The unusual shape of the buildings connects to the neighbouring kindergarten and removes blind gables. The four buildings are home to all life stages - from creative solitude to family facilities or shared living. The ground floor is alive with cafes, workshops and a library, while the underpass serves as a gateway for markets, summer cinemas or theatres. The buildings are connected by walkways that become horizons of encounters or just quiet passages.
