SpoludoM Velešín

The SpoludoM apartment building is a modular housing system located in Velešín in the Na Humnech area. The set includes six buildings connected in three pairs, which together form a compact residential unit. The volumetric solution is based on the dimensions of the original barn, which was preserved as part of the area. The urban concept uses an oblique line towards the center of the village, which ensures easy connection and natural passage. The building uses a module that provides 2+kk and 3+kk apartments with an area of ​​65-90 m². On the ground floor, there are apartments with private gardens, while units on the upper floors are equipped with glazed loggias. The goal of the project was to create attractive housing that will offer a pleasant environment for the residents of Velešín.
