HOME AMONG THE TREES

The site is located next to the heating plant in Veleslavín. The project has the character of a park, surrounding a hospice and residential buildings with community gardens. The apartment building itself is intended for people who have dedicated their lives to short-term foster care. The house has 4 floors and 9 apartments (ground floor and 3 apartments per floor). The ground floor offers space for gatherings in the community kitchen, 2 smaller multi-functional halls, a coworking center, and facilities for the residents - a bike and stroller storage. The building does not include underground parking, so each apartment has an above-ground parking space. The project unites the local community, greenery, and peaceful atmosphere with the sound of children's laughter. It is a place of hope.
