Co-housing In Reeds, Velešín

The co-housing project In reeds is located in the small town of Velešín on site of the parish garden. The main quality of the place are full-grown trees, three ponds and a sloping side in the direction to the city. The project is drafted as three main masses that are oriented to create a semi-closed yard. The whole design axis is heading towards the largest of the ponds. The project offers not only independent apartments but several apartment units with a shared kitchen as well. There are also social spaces for workshops, quite offices, a gameroom, a large kitchen and shared laundry facilities. The project's surroundings include community gardens, an orchard and an arboretum with a park, which creates another space for spending time in nature.
