Annotation
From the north, Park Parukářka, from the south, the Olšany Cemeteries, from the west, the Church of St. Roch and the silhouette of the Žižkov Tower. To the east, a residential tower is set to rise.
Olšanská. A place at the boundary of two worlds. On one side, the bustle of the city streets, on the other, the peace of the cemetery. I propose a space of transition. Open, transparent, and lined with rows of trees leading to the gates of the Olšany Cemeteries. Apartments of various sizes, front gardens, community gardens, social spaces, a pond, loggias, and tranquility.
