Apartment building by the river

We present you a proposal for an apartment building for residents of the small, but progressive town of Velké Pořice. The house is designed for pleasant living for young couples or families. All civic amenities necessary for a comfortable life are located nearby and within easy reach. The building has its own outdoor parking lot and harmoniously combines residential and commercial spaces. We offer several basic apartment layouts: 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. Most apartments have their own balcony, and there is also the option of a private garage. The materials were carefully selected with regard to the connection of the building with nature and the architectural context of the town.
