Apartment Building by the river

The apartment building in Velké Poříčí is situated on a plot of land next to the Metuje River. The goal was to create a modern residential building that blends into the surroundings and provides quality housing for various groups of residents. The building consists of four blocks connected by open galleries, with outdoor staircases placed between the blocks to provide access to individual apartments. The structure has three above-ground floors. The ground floor features commercial spaces and communal rooms for residents, creating an area that supports community life. The first and second floors include residential units of various sizes.
