The aim of this proposal is to complete the overall image of the settlement and to supplement the municipality with a new part that meets the requirements for the quality of housing based on the principles of ecological, economic, social and cultural sustainability. My location is located in the very heart of the newly proposed multifunctional part of Lochkov. I divide the territory into three groups, which are imaginary separated from each other by a residential zone road. There are three types of buildings for housing. The first group - a cluster of luxury family houses with a garden and a view. The second group of row houses with a higher standard and a garden. And the third cluster of row houses with a lower standard and two residential houses forming a semi-private community.
