INFILL SITE

The design of a residential building in Perštýn aimes to fill the gap in the historic center of Prague and at the same time respects and complements the surrounding buildings from two different centuries. The project creates visual and functional bridge between past and present architecture. The advantage of this high-rise building is the unique view which opens from the upper floors - the residents can admire the panorama of Prague's historical center. The building includes differents types of apartments: from1 and 2-room units up to the spacious maisonette studio, which is located at the top. Last but not least, this residential building is located in an area with excellent accessibility to the center therefore offers passers-by the oportunity to visit the wine bar on the ground floor.
