Annotation
The project represents a modern hostel building with an open concept of the ground floor. The space on the ground floor is free from walls due to the use of load-bearing columns and cores of rigidity, which creates a direct visual and functional connection between the city and the river located behind the building. In front of the hostel a spacious public area has been landscaped, divided into zones for rest, events and walks, which harmoniously fit into the urban landscape. The open ground floor serves as a place for organizing various city events, creating a dynamic space for meeting and relaxing residents and visitors of the city.
