Rosnice mosaic - connecting nature and the community of Karlovy Vary-Rosnice

Green belts will be created along the newly proposed roads for water retention and biodiversity. Waterlogged areas will be revegetated, the stream will be meandered and erosion areas will be converted to pasture. A community area will be created on the brownfield site (former garage) with a parkour playground, pumptrack, street art walls, climbing walls and a children's trail using recycled materials. One of the former garages will be a new outdoor café. Indoor spaces will offer a skatepark, shops and cultural events. The area is accessible thanks to new cycle paths and proximity to the train station.
