The study focuses on the design of a building located in Prague's Anděl area, within the newly developed Smíchov City district.
Our proposal includes a block divided into three main components: Administrative Section – comprising office spaces with an active ground floor that enhances the urban environment. Gallery – a cultural space enriching the district. High-Rise Building – a luxury hotel offering unique views of Prague.
The core of the high-rise building is centrally positioned, ensuring optimal layout efficiency and serving as a structural reinforcement element. The iconic design feature of the project is the use of ergonomic and fluid columns with an elegant shape, reflected in the sleek and flowing bands of the façade on the lower parts of the block.
