Panská - Apartment house

The apartment building is located in Panská Street near the centre of Ústí nad Labem. On the edge of the land there are two office buildings, which together with the apartment house form a whole block, while the apartment house is situated between them. The buildings share a base which includes a Lidl store on the ground floor and parking areas on the upper floors. The apartment building grows through this base and its architectural design aims for a harmonious connection with the park that extends on the roof of the common base. The park serves not only as a green oasis in the urban environment, but also as a natural extension of the living spaces for the residents of the building.
