RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN ŽIŽKOV

The building is located between Hartigova, Ostromečská, and Roháčova streets, complementing the existing block development. Its shape is designed to address noise pollution from Hartigova Street, ensuring greater acoustic comfort for residents. At the same time, the aim was to create an open block facing south to maximize natural light in the apartments and the inner courtyard. The project combines functionality and modern design, featuring brick facades and green balconies that give the building a unique character. Apartments of various layouts and sizes are designed to meet the needs of diverse groups of residents. The building has a total of seven above-ground floors, with terraces on the top floor. For comfortable leisure and social interaction, the project also includes a green space.
