Kindergarten with apartments

The multifunctional building with a kindergarten and apartments is located in the heart of the newly designed district of the Prague-Lochkov municipal area. The kindergarten, situated on the ground floor, consists of three classrooms with direct access to a spacious terrace and a garden with a playground, an administrative section, and its own kitchen. The remaining two floors are dedicated to apartments of various sizes, arranged along a central corridor. Four apartments are designed to be barrier-free. Residents also have access to a community room with a kitchenette near the rear entrance, connected to a shared garden. The main façade materials include light brick cladding on the ground floor and light gray plaster on the upper floors, complemented by wooden slats shading the balconies.
