The New Lochkov District

The New Lochkov District is a collection of buildings located on the outskirts of the new district of Lochkov. At the heart of the newly designed complex is a public space with a play area, cycle parking and facilities, around which terraced houses are built and towards the square a hybrid housing development of maisonettes and pavilion flats. The southern part of the block is complemented by luxury detached houses with gardens and views. The complex is designed mainly for families with children for whom a school and kindergarten are available in the vicinity.
