Cooperative Housing 0utl00k
Annotation
The PRAHA-LOCHKOV district will soon be extended by a new neighborhood, making it much more self-sufficient. New housing opportunities are also emerging here. The VYHLÍDKY cooperative house provides facilities for 21 families and couples, not only for housing, but also semi-private spaces for spending free time, where they can feel safe and comfortable.
An attic is located around the entire perimeter of the building at the floor levels of each floor. On the south and west sides, the attic is extended, protecting the apartments from the sun and, thanks to the recessed windows, creating space for balconies. These allow the owners of the upper apartments to spend time in privacy and outdoors, while when the sliding windows are opened, their living room can be “outside”.
