Grape of wine

Previously, the courtyards were demolished because it was dark and messy everywhere. Nowadays there is too much light and without shading the houses often overheat. Conversely, what has cooled in recent years is human relationships. The project is based on the concept of a grape of wine, a grape of opportunities where one can play sports, learn something, find a place to rest or do important work without having to travel all over Prague. It tries to bring people closer to human space. And at the same time it does not overshadow the surrounding apartments. Most importantly, it creates places where people can spend time with their neighbours, friends or family... for example, drinking a glass of wine?
