Apartment building "Fost"

The building is part of a group urban design for a location between the Veleslavín castle and gas plant, which in the past stood precisely on the area under consideration. The apartment building consists of an active ground floor with a cafe, bike shop and service, there is also a workshop associated with community gardens and a scout clubhouse, which will surely find use in a location with a large number of children. In the remaining three above-ground floors, there are apartments with an increased standard from 1kk to 4kk to 6kk intended for foster families. These apartment units are entered through a living terrace that connects the two parts of the house together. Overall construction of the house is inspired by industrial history of the plot, but is lightened by colors and greenery.
