OFFICE BUILDING - PANSKÁ

The office building on Panská Street in Ústí nad Labem is part of a multifunctional complex. The truncated shape emphasizes the southeast corner. The floors with open space type spaces are used for work, relaxation and catering, with lifts, staircases and technical rooms running through the central core. The second and third floors connect the building to the car park. The ground floor, with reception, café and escape routes, is highlighted by a columned soffit. The facade responds to light - the north side is glazed, On the other sides the size of the windows gradually increases, which creates a harmonious appearance of the facade.
