Apartment building in Krásné Březno

The apartment building is located in district Krásné Březno in Ústí nad Labem, between a park and a cadastral office. The house is part of a row of apartment buildings with a clear north-south orientation. It has 8 above-ground floors and one underground floor with shared parking for the entire row. The architectural intention was to have a straight staircase in the shared areas, from which you can look out through the strip window. The staircase is recessed on the north facade into the layout of the house and creates a leeward space in front of the main entrance. The southern facade abounds with deep loggias and stip windows to individual apartments, for maximum illumination. The house is equipped with a wheelchair access ramp and an elevator inside.
