Vilémov monastery

Bc. Adam Čupita

Annotation

The aim of the work was to complete the premises of the agricultural yard in Vilémov and to design a monastery that would serve only monks and a brewery with accommodation for pilgrims who travel along the Via Czechia central. The brewery with accommodation is designed in a notch in the terrain, thus closing the yard space and allowing pilgrims who come from Golčov Jeníkov a view directly onto the monastery. At the same time, they fit into the yard space thanks to the construction of a stone wall that separates the yard from the game reserve and newly connects the buildings for pilgrims with the monastery and the original buildings. The monastery is located so that it is the first object that pilgrims will see when they arrive at the yard.
