Between steps

The current form hardly meets the definition of a square - it is rather a transit space without a distinct identity. My proposal aims to change this state and make it into a real square that will serve as a place of occasional ´stop by´ and natural movement. The proposal brings a clear composition of greenery, modern mobiliar and a harmonious connection of the main pedestrian routes. The dominant space is the sculpture "Artisté" by Karel Hladík. The space is transformed into a park square that combines functionality, aesthetics and the possibility of a short escape from the hustle of the city.
