ŽIŽKOV COURTYARD

The design of the space in the Žižkov courtyard sensitively combines historical and modern approaches. The historic hall, originally used as a garage, was not used enough, so I came up with a modern solution - using stackers in the underground garage, I will create a completely new parking system that will increase the capacity of parking spaces compared to the original state. This hall, which is a landmark of the area, will be preserved and converted into a multifunctional marketplace, thus supporting community life and revitalizing the neighborhood. Also proposed above the hall is a modern residential building with nine unique residential units, with outdoor small courtyards.
