Apartment building Žitenice

The goal of the project was to design an apartment building in harmony with the surrounding landscape and character of the village. The selected location in a quiet gardening area offers a beautiful view of Litoměřice and is very close to the kindergarten, which ensures excellent accessibility for families. The architecture deliberately does not work with one massive mass in order to respect the transition between larger houses and smaller buildings in the surroundings. The apartment building is designed as a smaller, intimate object that is divided into several masses, which promotes airiness and integration into the surrounding buildings. There are six apartments here. Emphasis was placed on high-quality lighting of common spaces and connecting spaces within the neighborhood as well.
